ASUNA 7750: Console Replacement

How to replace the console on your Asuna treadmill

 

Here is a quick guide instructing you on the proper procedure to successfully replace the console on your Asuna treadmill. 

 

STEP 1: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove all six screws from the bottom of the console.

STEP 2: Pull the console carefully from the edge and detach it from the base. Afterward, place it on the frame.

STEP 3: Carefully disconnect all five connectors from the console and remove the console.

STEP 4: Install the new console. Make sure to re-plug all the wires.

STEP 5: Prior to installing, make sure to align the console with the base of the frame. Once aligned, press the edge of the console to make sure it is properly seated in place. A close-up of a machine

STEP 6: Install the screws back in place to secure the console.
