If your unit is not starting, here is a quick guide to assist you. Please follow these few steps that will assist you with the issue at hand.
Step 1: Is the unit plugged directly into the wall outlet? Do not plug the unit into an extension cord or power strip.
Step 2: Make sure the power switch is in the "ON" position and the switch lights up.
Step 3: Make sure the safety key is in the proper position on the console.
Step 4: Make sure the running belt is properly aligned and lubricated.
Step 5: Press the “START” button and the other buttons on the console.
If the unit is still not responding after these first steps, the next step is to remove the motor cover and check the wiring on the control board. Make sure all the wires are in good condition and properly connected. Check for damage like pinched or burnt wires.
