How to replace the Control Board on the treadmill

Here is a quick guide instructing you on the replacement of the control board on your treadmill. 

STEP 1: As a safety precaution, unplug the unit from the wall outlet and flick the power switch on and off a few times to release any electricity.

STEP 2: Remove the motor cover screws using a Phillips screwdriver. 

STEP 3: Disconnect the signal wire, motor wires, and power wires.

(Note: Prior to disconnecting any cables or wires take a photo for reference when reconnecting the wires)

STEP 4: Using a Phillips screwdriver remove one of the screws securing the control board in place and loosen the other. Slide the Control Board out.

STEP 5: Install the new Control Board and tighten the screws. 

STEP 6: Reconnect the wires to the new Control Board.

STEP 7: Once the wires have been connected, plug in the unit into the outlet and turn on the unit. The control board should be flashing a red light and allowing the machine to run smoothly.
