SF-B1002 - Belt Drive Indoor Cycling Bike Assembly

🔧 0:07 | Remove the rear shipping block
🔧 0:15 | Repeat the same process for the front shipping block
🔧 0:19 | Attach the front stabilizer with the screws and the Allen wrench
🔧 0:53 | Attach the rear stabilizer with the screws and the Allen wrench
🔧 1:15 | Hand screw in the left pedal into the left crank arm counter-clockwise 
🔧 1:20 | Tighten with the wrench until the screw exits the threading hole
🔧 1:31 | Tighten the left nylon nut clockwise to the end of the threading
🔧 1:42 | Hand screw in the right pedal into the right crank arm clockwise
🔧 1:47 | Tighten with a wrench until the screw exits the threading hole
🔧 1:59 | Tighten the right nylon nut counter-clockwise to the end of the threading
🔧 2:17 | Remove the two screws and washers 
🔧 2:27 | Re-install the screws and the two washers to place the bottle holder
🔧 2:48 | Remove the seat post adjustment knob
🔧 2:54 | Slide in the seat post and reattach the adjustment knob
🔧 3:03 | Remove the seat slide rail adjustment knob
🔧 3:08 | Insert the seat slide rail and fasten with the adjustment knob
🔧 3:20 | Fasten the seat to the seat slider with the spanner and wrench
🔧 3:40 | Loosen the nuts to adjust the seat if needed
🔧 3:54 | Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob
🔧 4:01 | Slide in the handlebar post and tighten the adjustment knob
🔧 4:08 | Secure handlebar with the two screws and the two washers
🔧 4:20 | Tighten with the allen wrench
