Starting Your First SunnyFit Workout

OVERVIEW:

Getting started with your first workout on the SunnyFit app is quick and easy. Whether you're using a Sunny Health & Fitness SMART device or following a workout without equipment, the app is designed to guide you every step of the way. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know before starting your first workout, from connecting your equipment and selecting a workout to tracking your progress. Follow the steps below to begin your fitness journey and make the most of your SunnyFit experience.

Step 1: Open the SunnyFit app and tap on the "Workout" tab at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Once in the "Workout" tab, tap "See More" and select the workout type from the course category. In the example below, we have selected "Stepper".

Here you will also find the Daily Ten, which is a series of randomized 10-minute workouts & stretches to help start your day and get you moving. Completing these courses will help you earn more SunnyFit Rewards Points!

Step 3:  Once you have selected a workout type scroll down until you find a course that you would like to follow and tap on it. From here, you will see a course summary and also have the ability to add a warm-up or cooldown workout. Once you are ready, tap "Start".

Step 4: Tapping on "Start" will lead you to the prepare page. The prepare page allows you to add your SMART item for a connected workout. Once you have connected your SMART item, tab "START". If you do not have a SMART item and want to follow along with your Classic machine, simply tap "Start" to follow along.
