HR200: Connecting to SunnyFit

Have more questions? Submit a request

The HR200 heart rate monitor enhances your workout by connecting directly to the SunnyFit app instead of your machine. The app personalizes your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR) using your height, weight, and age, allowing the HR200 to display your heart rate in real-time through colored lights based on your MHR zones.

How it works:

When connected to the app, the HR monitor will show your heart rate (HR) live during workouts.
The light will flash different colors based on your MHR zone:

Below 60% MHR = Soft green
61%–70% MHR = Dark green
71%–80% MHR = Yellow
81%–99% MHR = Red
Exceeding 100% = Flashing red with vibration

How to connect:

Open the SunnyFit app and select either a Guided Workout or a Free Mode Workout. On the Prepare page, you will see the "Heart Rate" option; tap on it.

With your HR200 powered on, tap "SunnyFit Heart Rate Monitor."

Once the SunnyFit app detects your HR200, it will appear on the "Connect Equipment" page. Tap on it to establish the connection.

Once the connection between the HR200 and the SunnyFit app is established, you will see the HR200 displayed on the Prepare page, along with a green check mark next to it. From there, tap the "Start" button to begin your selected workout.
