HR200: Setting Target Heart Rate

Have more questions? Submit a request

The “customizable zone” feature of the HR200 heart rate monitor allows you to set a target heart rate and receive a vibration alert when you reach it. For example, if you set your target at 130 BPM, the HR200 will vibrate once you hit that number, providing immediate feedback. As you continue, the monitor’s lights will change colors based on how far beyond your target you go, giving you a clear, real-time indication of your performance in relation to your personalized heart rate zones. This helps you stay in control and optimize your workout intensity.

How to Set Target Heart Rate:

From the Home page of the SunnyFit app, tap your profile photo to open the menu options.

On the menu screen, tap "My Equipment."

After locating your HR200, tap on "Measure."

From this screen, you will see your current heart rate. Next, tap the tool icon located in the upper right corner.

Next, select "Heart Rate Alert."

Once on this screen, set your Target Heart Rate, then tap "Confirm." Your HR200 will vibrate when you reach your target goal.
