This guide will explain each of our training plans found on the SunnyFit app.
These Training Plans will be found on the "Home" tab of the SunnyFit app.
Target Plan or Target Customize plans are tailored to focus on a specific calorie burning within a time frame of your choice.
AI Training Plan will allow you to create a customized training plan up to 4 weeks using your preferred workout type and equipment.
Training Program are training plans that have been created or curated by Sunny trainers.
In the SunnyFit Beginner's Guide: Setting Up Your First Training Plan video below, our dedicated trainer, Denise, will explain each program type and also explain how to create each program.
